Rules of use and processing of personal data
FOREWORD
This document constitutes the “Privacy Policy” of this site.
This document describes the methods of management of the Internet site of Idea Plast S.r.l., Via Bergamo 19/21, 20020 Lainate (MI) Italy, VAT No. 02973820968, with reference to the processing of personal data of users and visitors who consult it.
This notice is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 – Code for the protection of personal data – to users of the services of our site provided via the Internet at the following address: www.ideaplast.com
The information is provided only for the site of Idea Plast S.r.l. and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through external links.
The information is also based on Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

PLACE OF DATA CONTROLLER
The processing operations related to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of Idea Plast S.r.l. and are only handled by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who forward requests to send informative material, requests for availability or commercial quotes are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the request.
TYPER OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARY BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for services on request.
COOKIES
No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard.
No use is made of cookies for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind, i.e. systems for tracking users, used.
The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The so-called session cookies used in this site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially prejudicial to the privacy of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.
OPTIONALY OF PROVIDING DATA
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the request forms to the Guarantor or however indicated in contacts with the Office to request the sending of informative material or other commercial communications.
Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
It should also be recalled that in some cases (not object of the ordinary management of this site) Idea Plast S.r.l. may request news and information pursuant to art 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the purpose of controlling the processing of personal data. In these cases, the answer is obligatory under penalty of administrative sanction.
METHODS OF PROCESSING
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – General Data Protection Regulation- EU Regulation 2016/679, confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or update, or correction.
Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
Requests should be addressed in writing to Idea Plast S.r.l..

This privacy policy is automatically searchable by the latest browsers that implement the P3P (“Platform for Privacy Preferences Project”) standard proposed by the World Wide Web Consortium (www.w3.org).
Every effort will be made to make the functionality of this site as interoperable as possible with the automatic privacy control mechanisms available in some products used by users.
